Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for large lower ureteral stone: a case series report

چکیده
Abstract Background Identifying the precise location of lower ureter is crucial in not only ureteral surgeries but also other that may cause injury. Although a variety approaches have been applied to detect ureter, majority them had an association with several complications or be difficult perform perfectly time-consuming. Case presentation Seven patients distal ureteric stones size ranged from 2 3 cm. All entered study after signing informed consent, and case report based on CARE guidelines. After specifying inner ring inguinal canal, posterior peritoneum was opened dissected area cm medial inferior ring. Thereafter, stone extracted them, which identified by pinching. Conclusion We assumed we were easily able identify site through The result our seven demonstrated this maneuver can minimize time surgery no seen while approach applied.
